Summer is for BBQ so we thought we would slip in some mindful yummy fun with a southern flare. Our local grass-fed beef is cooked for hours & then shredded with our housemade sauce. We serve it with some sauteed organic Tuscan kale & a housemaid pimento cheese stuffed organic potato skin, we top it all with some in-house organic pickled red onions. Delectability Factor 100%.
