Our pasture raised pork spare ribs are dry rubbed (a secret recipe) & cooked for hours until they are super tender. Then we dress them with our delicious smokey bbq sauce & let them caramelize as they cook a little longer. Served with a beautiful sweet potato salad, freshly baked cornbread & our famous creamy slaw. DELICIOUS.
